Hello & Welcome to HCM,

I had gone through the case and found that the lump in thigh might be blood clot on the area, apply muscle relaxant gel and hot water bag, if pain is severe then take Tab.Diclofenec for 3days.

But for pelvic pain ,I will advise to go fr X-ray of pelvic bone, it might be normal but take precaution till pain subside. Pain might be due to muscle spasm.

Avoid bending, high heel and apply muscle relaxant gel and use hot water
bag.

Hope my answer will be effective for you.

Thanks,
