Should I Be Concerned For A Lump In My Vagina?

There seems to be like a lump up in the vagina.that I don''t recall being there. When having sex the last time it hurt. am 72 and don''t remember feeling anything like this before. If I stand up, It feels like a ball up in there. I have been urinating a lot, but I don''t know if this connected to this lump. I do drink a lot of water.. Anything you can tell me. I have my gynecolical exam every year and no problems. Please advise if I should be concerned.. Due to age, would something have dropped. Any suggestions? E. .
