Should I Be Concerned For 3.0 White Blood Cells, Platelet Count 105?

My husband has been having some issues with his white blood count being low. Today the test results from his CBC are White Blood Cells 3.0, Neutrophils, ABS 1.9, and Platelet Count 105. Is there a need for us to be concerned? Where would we go from here? These are the lowest his numbers have been this year.

hi
I read carefully all your concerns and medical data and I understood.
your husband's tests may be related with :
1.disease of the liver ( low platelet count)
2.common viral infection
I would suggest to do abdominal ultrasound and liver panel test.
you should consult with your physician

Dr.Klerida
