Should I Be Concerned As I Am Getting Thin, Short Red Lines Behind My Knees After Work Outs?

Hello

I'm a 19 years old girl and weigh 123 lbs, 162cm tall.

I have started to work out lately by doing Hiit on a stationary bike for around 20 minutes 3 times a week. I do a warmup and cool down as well. However, after my workout I get these thin, short red/purple lines behind my knees on both legs. They do not hurt though.

Why is this? Should I be concerned?

Thanks.

HI
Well come to HCM
This could be some collagen type of changes, this is some time happens in case of auto- immune response, if this happens on and often this need to be investigated else this is nothing to worry because this is self limiting phenomenon, hope this information helps.
