Should I Be Concerned About Swaying Sensation Few Days After Hitting My Head On The Table?

Last monday I was packing a large suitcase on the floor of my hotel room. As I climbed over it smashing it down, I whacked my head on the table, very hard. Nothing I haven't done before. Wednesday, while sitting at my computer at work, several times throughout the day, I felt a swaying sensation. I was working at home thursday and had no symptoms, and then on Friday had the same sensation sitting at my computer at home, this time only once. I was at my office today for overtime and felt the sensation at least twice. I have bumped into things before, but this time I actually have a swollen tender spot on my forehead. The swaying sensation doesn't seem to qualify as "dizziness" as I read about it on line and many people describe the swaying with ear problems, migraines, and a whole host of other disorders, including anxiety. Should I be concerned?
