Should I Be Concerned About Muscle Weakness, Twitching, aches And Rapid Heart Beats?

I ve been having muscle weakness, twitching and aches for about three weeks now. I m also experiencing rapid heart beats and palpitations. More recently, I ve had jaw pain and muscle aches going up the side of my neck and up my head. At night I ve been feeling a popping sensation in my head as well in the forehead and back of my head. I ve seen my PCP four times and he claims it is anxiety. My thyroid level was a little elevated but i was told it is nothing to worry about. Should I be concerned?
