Hi,

You are likely experiencing a common condition that occurs after blows to the head called post-concussive syndrome (PCS). It can include headaches that can vary in their intensity but are usually described as similar to migraine headaches. They are often treated the same as migraines depending upon their presentation.

Other things that can occur as part of PCS include tinnitus (ringing in the ears), difficulty with sleep, poor concentration and attention, and increased irritability/changes in personality. You would be best advised to see a neurologist or concussion specialist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dariush Saghafi,
