Should I Be Concerned About Episodes Of Rapid Heartbeats?

Yes. Thank you. I have been experiencing episodes of rapid heartbeats, about one occasion a week and usually at night when I am in bed. This week, I am extremely lethargic. I am concerned about heart disease. As far as I know, there is no history of heart disease in my family. I m thinking of calling a cardiologist for an appointment. Should I be concerned? Thanks.
