Should Febrex Plus And Azithromycin Be Given For Fever Again?

Hi my child is 6 month old and having fever since 5 days firstly doctors gave him fevago ds for three days then added antibiotic for cough and fever that is bl mox but he is not responding to that medicine earlier in similar episode I gave him fevago febrex af and atm(azithromycin) and he became normal should I try it again

Paracetamol can be given for fever along with tepid sponging.
