Shortness of breath, abdominal, vaginal pressure, lower abdominal cramps, lower back pain, frequent urination, cold feet. Reason?

I have been having a lot of seemingly unrelated symptoms and I can t seem to figure them out. My list of symptoms is as follows: Headaches/Migraines Dizziness Difficulty Falling Asleep Constant Shoulder/Neck Tension Shortness of Breath/Difficulty Taking Deep Breath* Hot Flashes/Chills Abdominal Fullness/Pressure (Protruding) But Not Feeling Bloated* Lower Abdominal Cramps (Mostly on Left Side)* Constant Lower Back Pain* Vaginal Fullness/Pressure* Frequent Urination (Multiple Times at Night)* Numbness/Pins & Needles Wrist (Right Side) Mostly at Night* Joint Pain (Both Knees & Ankles) Numbness/Pins & Needles Foot/Toes (Left Side) Mostly at Night* Cold Feet (Both Sides) Mostly at Night* *Most Concerning Symptoms Any ideas?
