Shocking Sensation In Head Going To Hand, Stuffiness In Ears, Dizziness After Stopping Lexapro. Is This The Side Effect?

My husband has been having head/ear stuffiness and dizziness for about 4 days, today however he is now experiencing shock sensation in his head and it goes down into his hands! He has been taking over-the-counter decongestants, expectorants, and meclizine 25 mg for dizziness. Also, he has recently (about 1 week), got off of his Lexapro prescription. Could this have anything to do with his issues?
