Hi I am 28 days in to a 31ish day cycle. For the past week and a half I have had very watery vaginal discharge with white lotion like parts. I keep getting sharp pains inside what feels like my actual hip bones and low abdominal cramps , my periods have been very irreguar and my cycles range from 15 days to 32 days. I am seriously worried about my pains what do you think they are?
