My dad had severe toothache at the left hand end of the jaw. Hence he asked to remove the teeth . He had to wait for 5 days as he is an diabetic patient. his sugar in fasting is 106. Hence we extracted one teeth. Doctor has informed 2 more to be extracted. Ca we extract on Monday. Or should we wait. He has rinsed his mouth so many times today. Is there any issue. Hi,
Welcome to HCM

Your father is diabetic must be taking medicines for diabetes and blood sugar is 106 mg/dl, If tooth is in bad condition and can not be saved by any conservative procedure then yes they can be safely removed under proper antibiotics cover to prevent infection to spread and complication. You can get extraction as early as possible.
He should continue antibiotics and analgesics as advised by doctor.
Any space created by teeth removal should be replaced with artificial one once healing is complete.

Good Luck
