Severe Pain Starting From Upper Neck To Side Of Face, Temples Turning To Severe Migraines, Pain In Left Shoulder, Fingers. Help

Iam 2 years this nothing seems to help it starts upper necthen slowly starts up side of face into templless behined coyest then turn into servere mi grained that hang around 4. Yourself pain st in lower neck then radift down neck into left shoulder bladed then left 2 fingers in extreme pain. Not s and fingers tighten. Had just stattup. Right thumb. Thumb a few weeks ago please help cant live this

Hello dear,

The symptoms as mentioned in your post indicates towards Trigeminal neuralgia.
Symptomatic relief can be obtained by taking analgesics like Paracetamol or Ibuprofen (Advil) to be taken after food & nervigenic agents like Vit B6, B12 & Folic acid.

If you still find any difficulty, kindly get certain investigations like complete blood count, estimation of blood pressure & blood sugar levels and Thyroid profile to rule out any pathological cause for the symptoms.
A CT scan or MRI of brain will also be helpful.

Till then, maintain adequate hydration & nutrition status, avoid stress, exercise regularly & practice meditation.
