Severe Pain Below Shoulder. History Of Slipping And Landing Hard On Metal Bar. Help

i was playing soccer with a couple of friends and ended up slipping and landing hard on a metal bar. At first it was hard to breath and i was talking funny, but after a minute of lying on the ground my voice returned. Only problem is that I'm in incredible pain. It is below my right shoulder, not to low, i think it might be the rhombidus muscle but I could be wrong. what do I do?

Radiologist 's  Response
Hi,
Falls during sports are common these days and not all require medical attention.
However, because of your incredible pain, you need to see an orthopedic surgeon soon and explain your problems.
From what you have said, I infer that you could have a muscle injury with or without bone injury. For this your doctor may ask for X ray of the region. He will also examine your shoulder joint to see for any problems.
Please let your doctor know if you have any breathing problems or pain while taking breaths.
Hope this helps.
