Severe Migraines, Headaches, Impaired Vision, Pins And Needles. On Ibuprofen And Lysine. Will It Ease Condition?

Hello, i have had a severe migraine for the past 7 days, it causes headaches, impaired vision, pins and needles in one side of my body, usually the left but it has been the right also. I have booked an appointment with my GP but they cant see me until next week, what can i do to ease the attacks in the mean time? I'm taking ibuprofen Lysine, cocodomol makes it worse.
