Hi,
After reading your history I can make out that you are suffering from Fungal infection of the area that is known as athlete foot.

Do not apply any mixed cream or mixed ointments as it causes further aggravation of the problem. I suggest you to apply plane anti-fungal cream such as clotrimazole or ketoconazole. Take fluconazole 150 mg alternate days or tablet terbinafine 250 mg daily for 15 days. For itching you can take benadryl or cetrizine or loratadine 2-3 times day.

Do not pinch, pop or scratch the area.Keep the area dry and wear cotton socks to be changed two time daily.
Take care.
