Severe Irritation While Passing Stools. History Of Travelling By Bus For Long Hours Sitting. Suggest

I am having severe irritation while get rid of stool in the last two days. I feel that since I have been traveling daily in bus for about five hours (sitting in the bus cushion seat which always create heat for me) , it occurs. I have no other option but to travel daily because my working place is 100 km from my place of residence. In the last two days, I take much fruit and avoid spicy food. Kindly give some suggestions.

Hi and thanks for the query,

What you describe requires a formal exclusion of hemorroids. A complete physical examination is required. Other causes like fissures should be properly considered too.
Avoiding spicy foods now and eating more fruits and vegetables with much water could be helpful now. I suggest you seek to consult a doctor soon. Thanks and kind regards. Bain LE, MD.
