Severe Heart Palpitation, Chest Pain And Breathing Difficulty. EKG Report Came Clear. What Does This Indicate?

Hi I am a 20 year old male, I am afraid I may be having heart problems. I cannot go to the hospital I have no insurance. I have been having heart palpitations for months now, they usually happen when I am doing physical activity but they happen sometimes when I am sitting still. They are bad to the point where they will jolt me awake sometimes. The past four days I have been having chest pain in the left side of my chest, it lasts for a few seconds then goes away for a few seconds. I have been having heart palpitations and chest pain on and off all day today.Around 4 pm i felt like i was going to pass out I started having pounding heart palpitations,It began to get harder to breathe, I felt pain in my left arm and some pain in my upper back on the left. Laid down on the couch ate a sandwich and had a little water, it was the first time i had eaten today. When I was laying on the couch both of my hands went numb for about 45 seconds and i began to see dots. I do not do any drugs, I do not smoke, I drink occasionally, i had an EKG about 4 months ago and and they said my heart was fine. I don t drink energy drinks I drink about one to two pops a day i drink 6 to 9 cups of water each day.

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi,

I read your query and would like to say:
Don't worry to much the fact that ECG is clear show that you have any major cardiac disease.

However to rule out any minor problem and to relax and avoid unnecesary stress i recommend to do Heart ECHO, Holter mintoring and stress test (just to be sure).

Hope i answered to your query?
