Thank you for posting your query.
It is possible that these are still episodes of severe
migraine, however, since these are different from your usual
headaches, they need to be investigated.
You should see a
neurologist and get an MRI of brain done. We should exclude ischemia (lack of blood flow to brain), any
internal bleeding, or
brain tumor. All these can be excluded by MRI of brain.
