Severe Headache, Pain Behind My Eyes When I Moved Them.

I am 18 year old male and yesterday i woke up disoriented so to say. I had a severe headache , pain behind my eyes when i moved them, and was running a fever with chills and body aches all over as well as abnormal sweating patterns and fatigue. I slept all day yesterday and 12 hours last night. Today the chills are gone and for the most part the aches are as well, however, i still have the pain behind the eyes and a mild headache that really isn t bad, what is it ?

Hi
Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum
No it isnt bad. Flu symptoms reach and peak in 24- 48 hrs and finally decline gradually. Pain behind eyeballs , headache are common symptoms of flu. Sweating is seen , when fever goes down, its bodys mechanism to lower temperature. Sleeiness and fatigue is your bodys demand for rest.
If new symptoms appear or fever is seen again, you can visit a physician. Meanwhile - take rest, verylight meals, lots of fluids (water, juice, milk) (not coffee, tea etc), pain killers (if needed).
Takecare.
