Severe Headache, Joint, Body Aches, Pain In Rib Cage, Pelvis, Limbs, Intermittent Pain In Lymph Nodes. See The Doctor?

I have had severe headache, extreme joint and body aches, pain in rib cage and pelvis, along long bones and in hands and feet, plus intermittent sharp fleeting pains in places where lymph nodes are. Have had a fever (low grade 101.3 or there about for 4 full days. Very fatiqued. Should I ride this out or see a doctor at this point. I am 28

Fever is a symptom, due to some infection, or exertion, dehydration, etc. So when ever one gets fever he shoud consult a doctor to find the cause of the fever and treat the cause of the fever. and cured of the fever.
So i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
