Severe Hair Fall And Breakage, Hair Dry, Brittle. Zincovit Multivitamin Will Be Helpful? Any Side Effect?

Hi dr .., m suffering from from severe hair fall n breakage ..! Seasonal Dandruff n general hair fall has always been there but never realy was a matter of concern ..but now it has gone severe n i can c a huge change in my hair ..! Also my hair are dry and brittle so i cant use any medicated shampoos as they make my hair even more unmanageable ..! can you also tell me about zincovit multivitamin tablet .. Will it be of any help and are there any side effects of it ..!

Hi,
It seems that due to poor nutrients to hair might have giving rise to this problem.
There are few conditions where you get this type of problem.
1, Anemia,
2,Thyroid,
3,Multivitamine deficiency,
4,some local causes like dandruff, dermatitis, fungal infection on scalp.
Get blood tests done and find out the causes.
consult your doctor and get examined.
Take Iron, folic acid and vitamine A and E tablets.
You can take Zincovit tablet for 1-2 months, it will be helpful and not having any side effect.
Take fresh veggies and fruits.
Ok and take care.
