Hello Praji,

Thank you for your query.

Hairloss has become one of the most common condition among men especially young men. The main reasons could be hereditary, stress, & pollution. As per your description you might have combination of these causes. It is natural to lose around 100 hair strands per day, if it is more then you have to think of a problem. Also hair has life cycle where it is in cycle of growth and fall stages. during the later stage hair starts losing and you might find it as a severe problem. There are good medicines in homeopathy to arrest the hairfall. You can consult someone in your area or you can contact me and i can help you. Also apart from medication your diet and exercise very very important for healthy hair. Also consider doing regular hair massage for atleast 10 mins with tip of fingers to stimulate blood circulation atleast couple of times a week. All these also help in improve your condition.

Thank you
Dr.Shailaja
