Severe Abdominal Cramping That Occurs While Sitting For Too Long, Have Hyperventilation Spasms. What To Do ?

I have severe abdominal cramping that occurs if I sit down for too long, or sit in a certain position while eating. Sometimes it gets so bad it makes it hard to breathe comfortable, and I have hyperventilation spasms. I also usually have tense/cramped muscles in my lower back, mainly the ones that connect from the pelvis to the ribs and spine .

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The abdominal cramps that you have are not likely to be related to sitting. This is more commonly seen in electrolyte imbalances or hormonal problems. Do get a few blood tests done to find out the cause.
