Serious Cough, Runny Nose, Flu Like Symptoms, Yellow Phlegm, Stuffed Nose. Immunity Weak?

Over the last few months, I have had the coming and going of serious cough , runny nose , and flu-like symptoms. I go two weeks when I am ok and then find myself getting the same symptoms where I cough up yellow phlegm and also have a stuffed up nose. This has been going on for awhile and I am concerned that my immune system is very weak.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi in my opinion, your immunity has definitely reduced.
You have been having recurrent respiratory tract infection.
If I were your treating doctor I would recommend some investigation which would help us to know the cause of repeated infection and treat you as wise.
I would advise you to get complete blood count, chest x ray, sputum for culture and sensitivity.
I would treat you according to the report.
I would also suggest to take some multivitamins and anti oxidants once daily for 3 months to improve your immunity.
I find this answer helpful
