Semen analysis shows normal forms at 5%, abnormalities at 92%, rapid linear progression at 11%. Abnormal results?

hi doc my semen analysis sperm count is 169 million/ml motile count is 93 million/ml, motile percentage is 55.03%, however the normal forms are 5% and head abnormalities are 92% in morphology and rapid linear progression is 11% which seems scary while immotile 45% ad slow linear progression is 39%. Any advise and if this is normal or abnormal results.

Hello Thanks for your query.Your semen analysis shows Ashtenospermia.Though the count is normal morphology and motility of the sperm is at fault.You should have at least50 % sprm in a rapid forword movement.There is no medicine that can improve morphology and motility of sperms However following measures do help to improve the quality and quantity of sperms.
1) Do moderate exercises everyday
3)Avoid smoking and alcohol
5)Have High Protein ,low fat diet rich in vegetables and fruits
6Anti oxidants like almond etc.
Repeat your semen analysis three months after having trail of these measures.
