Semen Analysis Showed, Less Sperm Count, Took Clomid, Wellman Concept. Discontinuing Showed Poor Results. Infertile?

Hello. I am 36 year old male. unmarried. Last year i did semen analysis and results were very disappointing (less then a million). thereafter i used Clomid and level increased to 5.4 million. when i discontinued Clomid the sperm count came down again to 1 million. Now i started taking "wellman concept". after 5 month use the lavel came up to 4 million. morphology and progression is very bad. Am i infertile? can sperm count improve ? can i father i child naturally or i have to go for IVF?

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Oligoasthenoterratozoospermia meaning there by
1) Your sperm count is very low
2) There are no active grade A motile sperms.
3) Morphology of the sperm is also abnormal.
There are less chances of pregnancy
Consult qualified Infertility specialist to explore feasibility of IVF or ICSI.
