Semen Analysis Done For Volume, Sperm Motility, Non-motile, Sperm Count, WBC. Is This Result Normal?

i am 30 years old and i make semen analysis and i found the test result as the following : Vloume : 3.0 ml Color : Milky Liquefaction : 60 minutes PH : 8.0 Sperm motility : Active :40% Sluggishly:20% Non-Motile:40% Sperm Count : 20 million/ml Abnormal forms : 10% WBC : 4 - 6 /hpf please can u tell me if this result normal and if not what i must to do or to take Medications Many thanks

Hello
Thanks for your query,based on the facts and reports of your semen analysis that you have posted I can say that all the parameters of semen are within normal acceptable range of WHO standards except the the presence of 4-6 WBC which suggest infection either in Seminal vesicle or Prostate .

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Doxycycline twice daily for one month and repeat the semen analysis after one month. to be rest assured that infection has been fully controlled.
