Scars On The Shaft And Pink Dots Below The Head. Passed The Screening For HIV And Syphilis. Is This A Transmitting Disease?

Hello, I'm 23, have had scores of unprotected sex, but passed the basic screening for HIV hep C,B, syphilis etc. right after i noticed this... 1 1/2 months ago I was on a trip where i was masturbating and not showering or washing hands frequently, and I notice these new crater looking scars on the underside of my shaft on the wrinkly part nearer to the tip. They scared the hell out of me, since they look like lesions, and I was able to push a very small amount of pus from one of them. There ALSO seems to be a single tiny elevated pink dot right under the helmet, which was also a new development. None of these have changed since then. I know I should see a dermatologist, but they are booked till 2 months from now. Are any of these things that could develop or spread on me or a partner before I can been seen by a derm?
