Scalp Sores, Painful Bumps, Itching. Took Antibiotics, Anti Fungal Medications. Is This The Correct Treatment?

For 7 month's now myself, and my husband have been battling scalp sores. They begin with painful bumps; that itch. After a couple days they ooze and crust over. I have been treated with antibiotics and anti~fungal medications and shampoos. We are stumped and frustrated; if you have any ideas what this could be, please let me know.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
To have same problem, both of you is somewhat very surprising, for better result I could advise you to have oral antifungal too and the choice would be "Flucanazole " 100 mg twice day for three days, and for local application "Povidone ont would be great, and if you did not get any relive then the lision need to be examined, have nice day
