Right Testicle Pain, Swollen. Taking Ciprofloxcin, Cefalexin. Remedy?

Hi Doctor, Since past 4 months I'm suffering from right testicle pain along with the nerve connected to testicle and now gradually they both swollen a bit. I've been consulting my gp since march and was given ciprofloxcin and then later cefalexin, but then pain has come back after a month time and now I've been to emergency where the consultant treated me with IV ceftriaxone 1g and 10 day course of oral doxycycline. Even then the pain in testicle, nerve and now lower back abdomin is not slowing down. Today I've exmined my testicle and the nerve and feel and touch a mass behind my testicle on nerve. Please Advise.

Hi, it may not be the epidedimo orchitis, must be concerned with the surgery, like torsion of the testis. You may need to have a scaning of the testis, and surgical correction, So i advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
