Hi
Welcome to HCM and thanks FOR YOUR QUERY.
The right ureteric stone can be treated with medical expulsion therapy, that is giving medicines to try to flush the stone out. This can be tried for 2 to 3 weeks if there is no fever or vomiting. If not successful, the stone can be removed by ureteroscopy.
The renal stone needs only plenty of water, reduction in meat intake , unless it drops down to the ureter, when it may need to be removed.
You need to meet the doc, discuss these issues and get things sorted out.
Get well soon.
Regards
DR GS
