The right ureteric stone can be treated with medical expulsion therapy, that is giving medicines to try to flush the stone out. This can be tried for 2 to 3 weeks if there is no fever
. If not successful, the stone can be removed by ureteroscopy.
The renal stone needs only plenty of water, reduction in meat intake , unless it drops down to the ureter, when it may need to be removed.
You need to meet the doc, discuss these issues and get things sorted out.
