Results read; after aseptic cannulation of the cervix,water soluble contrast medium was slowly introduced into the uterine cavity and fallopian tubes. The cervical canal and uterine cavity are normal.both fallopian tubes are opacified and they exhibit a free spill at their fimbrial ends. Please what does that mean
