Hi

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

The x ray shows that he might have a Tuberculous or other infection which has caused a cavity on right upper lobe and effected the lung. The membrane around the lungs has some fluid or is thickened. This mostly secondary to infection.Aorta has some fat deposition.

Take care.
