Respected Sir,
My nam is Rohit Sharma.
I am in a very bad habit of chewing gutkha since 15 years now, I leaves the gutkha totally from 1 month. Sir my problem is that my mouth is very low open less then 2 fingers, my height is 5.6", my age is 37 years and my weight is 50.90 kgs. ( 3 weeks before my weigh tis 55 kgs. but it is loss in 3 weeks and now the weight is 50.90 kgs.)

Sir, i am very much feared and I want your goodself to suggest me the way to open my mouth in full condition and also I want to gain my weight according to my height.
