Short Hx 72 yo Indian female c chronic indigestion n bowel habit change CT was performed pelvic mass c carcinomatosis peritoneii Debulking of the tumor was done promtly during her hospitalization she received ceftriaxone atb After that she Is on B1-6-12 1x3 and cyproheptadine 1x3 simeticone 1x3 She can eat well n pass stool Pathological findings primary peritoneum carcinoma not uterine primary sarcoma so lucky for her The next plan is to chemotherapy 6 sessions

In my views Burns and toxins are the leading causes.

Smoking for instance contains nicotine a powerful neuro-toxin which is delivered in small doses.
