Red Testicles With Prominent Veins, Paining. Taken Dactarine, Canestan, No Improvement. Advice?

I have red testicles with prominent veins on both testicles and penis shaft which is causing a lot of pain particularly when I bend over, I have had std screen which was clear. I have tried dactarine, canestan and double base but none helps. I really need help as I have had this number of years and it is becoming worse. I have been to the doctor a number of times but he really does not know. It seems to be worse when my testicles hang on to the skin.

Hello,
Thanks for visiting HCM.
As per your symptoms. you may suffering with varicosity of the scrotum. You
have to consult with a local surgeon and meanwhile you have to wear a short innerwear to lift of the hanging scrotum so that pain minimised.
