Red Spots On Neck, Leg, Abdomen And Back. Is It An Allergic Reaction?

Hello, My 3 year old son has woken up this morning with a bout 7 red spots over his body (neck, leg, back tummy).
They are red and some with a little white/yellow head in the middle. He seems fine in himself and has been fine this week so far.
He did have a new be and mattress last night for the first time........could it just be an allergic reaction?

Hi,
From history your son might be having some insect or bug bite giving rise to this problem.
As now he is alright, nothing to worry.
If require go for Benadryl syrup for a day or two.
Ok and take care.
