Red Spot On Stomach, Not Itchy Or Painful, Hard. Should I Be Worried?

Hi, I have a dime size red spot on my lower left part of my stomach . It is not itchy or painful but it is a bit hard to the touch . I am concerned because it has been there for about a month and have never had anything like it. I wont be able to get it checked out because I am visiting in Okinawa, Japan. Should I be worried?
