my baby was born with a red spot on her lower back head the doctor said it was fine she is now 3 months and still have it

Do not worry. This happens in some children..its like the 'moles' we have. It is nothing but a collection of blood vessels under the scalp. It tends to go away as the child grows. If it is still present after the age of 1 and 1/2 years, it should be re-examined.
