What should I do when my 2 year old daughter has red rash looking bumps on her butt? My 2 year old daughter has red rash looking bumps on her butt. She is potty trained and does wear underwear. It doesn t bother her all of the time but she does say it hurts. She s not allergic to anything that I know of. What are the bumps? What can I do to make them go away?

It is looking like urticarial rash as it is red and bumpy . Apply calamine containing lotion over the rash and you can give oral antihistamines like hydroxyzine after consulting your Pediatrician.
