Red Rash Spots On Torso, Tried Antibacterial Wash And Polysporin

Hi I am 48 yr old male good health .. I have 3 flat red rash spots on my torso 2 of them are 1 inch in size and 1 inch apart not itchy and 2 on my left side I also have 1 on my back .. tried antibacterial wash and polysporin . planning to visit my doctor this week ?

Hi,


You seem to have developed an allergic skin disease in the form of skin eczemas
You should avoid applying any kind of skin irritants like dettol, spirit over it.

You might need to apply a topical steroid cream over the affected area twice a day for few days.
Take some oral antihistamines along.
See a nearby dermatologist if the condition tends to persist despite this therapy.
You might need a course of oral steroids.
