I get a red itching and stinging rash on my cheeks when I'm nervous or angry. Why is that ?

That could be because of two things. The perspiration would have irritated your dry skin which would have caused the change in sensation
The other reason would be increased blood circulation secondary to sympathetic response.
It is normal. U dont need treatment for this
