Red Bumps That Appeared After Shaving Seem To Be Increasing In Size, Are Blood And Clear Fluid Filled. What Could It Be?

So i live on my own im 19 and female and i shave down there..and yesterday i stared to get this red bump which i thought was an ingrown hair but today its even bigger and if i push on it blood and clear liquid comes out of it, it hurts really bad and im freaking out cuz i looked it up and ever thing says its n ingrown hair and to just pull it out but there i cant see a hair

hi..thanks for your query.
There are several possibilities in the above case. Most commonly, a Folliculitis.this is a Bacterial infection occuring in hair folicles.Frequently recurring and very persistent. Occur due to colonization of bacteria like Staphylococcus. It might be pre existent and now unmasked due to shaving.
You can apply topical Mupirocin cream 2% 2-3 times daily for 7 days on both areas. Avoid any touching of the lesion.
if multiple or recurring ,oral therapy might be required.If persistent,you should visit a dermatologist and get treated appropriately.
