Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

The previous episode od red bumps may be due to fungalso it disappeared after candid cream. For now being weakness , joint pain and muscular pain may be due to systemic infection, probably viral. Get done complete hemogram and blood glucose level to diagnose the cause.Test for HIV PCR which can diagnose early for HIV once. Get back with the reports. Now avoid unsafe sex and multiple partners. Have adequate regular sleep, plenty of fluids, nutritious diet with required calorie and regular outdoor exercises. Hope I answered your question. Consult your doctor for further management.
Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health. Take care.

Regards
