Red bump on neck, pain on pulling, rubbing. Treatment options?

Have this half inch wide red bump on my neck , any clue what it is? I do have some acne on my face ,but I never knew acne could do this. It hurts when it s pulled/rubbed. I m a performer, so I need to get rid of this quick. Anytime my staff rolls over it it hurts like hell, but I can t exactly stop practicing/performing.

Hello dear...
Red bump on your neck can be due to:
1. Keloid
2. Folliculitis
3. Contact dermatitis

It will be better to consult a Dermatologist to find out the exact cause.
So that necessary management steps could be taken.
Wishing you a Good Health. Let me know if I need to clarify further.
Thanks & take care.
