Red Blotches, Previously Diagnosed As Dermatitis, Folliculitus, And A Half

Red blotches, previously diagnosed as dermatitis, folliculitus, and a half dozen other things, slowly respond to Lipoid Lipocream. Clobetasol Propionate cream was effective for a while, but then the red blotches appeared to start spreading. The blotches heal slowly. Sometimes the blotches respond to clindamycin phosphate foam. Colder / dryer weather helps. These blotches do respond to strong antibiotic. Any suggestions?
