ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi. She has acute on chronic tonsillitis.
Give her pain killer so that her pain reduces and you can take her to doctor tomorrow morning.
Its not a emergency condition.
It occurs because of repeated infection of tonsils because of intake of cold items, bad weather
Travelling, intake of oily food items can also cause it.
Drink boiled water onky, avoid cold and oily items.
Consult the doctor tomorrow, they may prescribe antibiotics for w week.
If tonsil infection keeps recurring then get it operated and removed.
