Recurring Intermittent Low Grade Fever, Deep Cough, Pain At The Back Of Neck, Tiredness, Sneezing After Taking Z-pack. Cause?

I have low grade fever 99.6-101.5 off and on, a small deep cough , acheness in the back of my neck , very tired, stuffiness, very little sneezing . dr. prescribed a z-pack, felt better took all week off work, and now I feel achy again and I don t know if I have a temp. my thermomiter is not working . What s up. Sorry about the spelling

first get ur blood checked for a complete blood count and a smear for malarial parasite as well as a urine routine testing and a test for typhoid fever, after these tests we can come to a conclusion as to what exactly is ur problem. come back wid the results.
